Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AlphaQuest Research website, mobile applications, Telegram channels, e-mails, reports and any subscription service (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Services are offered only to residents of India who are at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and not barred from contracting under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By subscribing you confirm that the funds used are from legitimate sources and that you complete KYC on demand.

2. Subscriptions & fees

• Subscription fee is payable upfront via Razorpay or any onboarded payment partner.
• Fees are inclusive / exclusive of GST as displayed on the checkout page.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable and tied to a single subscriber.

3. Refund policy

Refunds are processed only in cases of duplicate payment, payment-gateway failure, or as required by SEBI regulations. Once research has been delivered, fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of payment to support@alphaquestresearch.com.

4. Acceptable use

• You shall not redistribute, resell, broadcast or publicly post any research authored by AlphaQuest.
• You shall not impersonate AlphaQuest, its analysts or partners on any platform.
• You shall not attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Services.

5. Intellectual property

All content — logos, charts, reports, levels, methodology — is the property of AlphaQuest Research and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark law. Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable use is granted only for the term of an active subscription.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent payment, abusive conduct, or any regulatory directive. Upon termination, no refund is owed for the unused period if termination is for cause.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaQuest Research, its proprietor, employees and partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Services contrary to applicable law.

8. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to SEBI's grievance and ODR mechanisms, courts at the registered office of AlphaQuest Research shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance via e-mail to active subscribers. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
