RA-MITC — Most Important Terms & Conditions

SEBI requires every Research Analyst (RA) to share these Most Important Terms & Conditions (MITC) with each client before service commencement. Please read carefully and retain a copy for your records.

1. Registration details

• Name of RA: AlphaQuest Research
• Type of registration: Individual / Proprietorship
• SEBI Registration No.: INH000000000 (displayed on each report and the website footer)
• BASL Membership No.: on file
• Validity: Permanent unless suspended/cancelled by SEBI

2. Services offered

We provide research reports, trading levels, morning briefs and educational notes on Indian equities and equity derivatives. We do not provide portfolio management, distribution of mutual funds, broking, or execution of trades on your behalf.

3. Fees

• Fees are charged as published on the Pricing page and on the invoice.
• Maximum fee chargeable is governed by SEBI's circulars on Investor Charter and Research Analyst fee guidelines.
• Fees are payable only to the registered bank account of AlphaQuest Research; cash, gifts and personal transfers are strictly prohibited.

4. Risk & suitability

Securities investments are subject to market risks. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Suitability is assessed via a risk-profile questionnaire at onboarding; please update us when your profile changes. Refer to our Risk Disclosure document.

5. Conflict of interest

Our analysts maintain a watch-list of personal positions. Recommendations are issued only after disclosing any personal interest, related-party interest, or compensation received from issuers. Refer to the disclosure block printed at the foot of each report.

6. Segregation of activities

AlphaQuest Research does not engage in distribution of any product on which a commission is received. We are not affiliated with any broker as a distributor or sub-broker.

7. Grievance redressal

1. Email grievance@alphaquestresearch.com — acknowledged within 2 business days, resolved within 21 days.
2. If unresolved, file at SEBI SCORES.
3. Online dispute resolution via Smart ODR.

8. Termination & refund

Either party may terminate the engagement with 7-day written notice. Pro-rata refund of unused fees, less applicable charges, will be made for advance subscriptions exceeding one quarter, in line with SEBI guidance.

9. Communication

Official communication shall be made only from @alphaquestresearch.com e-mails, the verified Telegram handle published on the website, and the registered phone number. Anyone using a different domain or promising assured returns is impersonating us.
